Home Buying Public / Consumer – As one of our main goals is to create new homeowners and sell as many homes to owner occupants as possible, this way helping to stabilize and maintain neighborhoods. In addition to our marketing campaigns that are targeted to these groups, we will be also holding new homebuyer seminars at various locations in conjunction with various community groups; churches, religious organizations, and other non-profit organizations that we have identified.
During these seminars we hope to educate the buying public as to the true quality, value and opportunities that exist for homeownership through the purchase of Government owned homes.
In addition to educating these consumers about the home buying process, we will also be partnering with FHA/HUD approved lenders and explaining some of the various financing options that they were not aware of.
One thing that is imperative to us is not only to help these individuals become homeowners, but to make sure that they remain homeowners. Therefore, our classes will also include proper budgeting for homeownership including potential maintenance and repairs and helping them to develop an overall family budget, thereby showing them how to purchase appropriately and within their means.
