Scott Steele, REALTOR, Property Manager and Pre-Marketing Coordinator
Since 2014, Scott has been a tremendous asset to our team. As the main point of contact for pre-marketing, Scott works with tenants, contractors, eviction attorneys and local cities and towns to ensure that we protect and preserve each property while the property is in pre-marketing. Among his many duties, Scott is responsible for the management of property inspections for each client. Our field staff reports directly to Scott on a daily basis to ensure the property is maintained and preserved before the property is transferred to our marketing group. As of 2016, our department has embarked on offering property management. Scott is leading this department and we are very excited about the growth of this department under his leadership. Tracy Pavao, REALTOR , Accounting Manager and Closing Coordinator
Tracy has been working with our REO team for over 4+ years and not only is she an asset to our team but she is what “holds us together.” Tracy is currently running two very important departments in our team. Tracy is responsible for managing the invoices, expenses and reimbursements for all our properties. In addition to managing that department, Tracy is our main contact for all closings. Tracy communicates with clients, real-estate brokers/agents and attorneys to ensure a smooth-less closing. Our accounting team and closing team reports directly to Tracy. Tracy is a tremendous asset to our team and office atmosphere. Tracy has 2 children and spends a lot of her extra time with her teenage daughter at her cheer-leading practices and events. George Confoey, REALTOR, Pre-Marketing, Repairs and Eviction Coordinator
George has been welcomed to our REO team in 2016 after over 10 years of real-estate experience. For over 10 years, George has been involved in real-estate at one degree or another. From investing, property management, rental management and assisting with repairing property – George is a tremendous addition to our team. Among his many duties, George is responsible for the oversight of all repairs as they are on-going. George follow’s up with contractors and clients to ensure that while properties are being repaired there are not any issues. In addition, George works with our Pre-Marketing Team and assists with inspections and follow-ups on all related pre-marketing, listed and pending properties. We are very excited to utilize George’s experience, abilities and strong work ethic as we continue to grow. Val has been an important part of our team for the past 2+ years. Val brings years of experience to our team. Val worked as a lead paralegal in a Boston based law firm for many years. Val has brought her experience to our team and our office. Her knowledge, personality, and work ethic are values that we cherish and appreciate. Among her many duties, Val is responsible for oversight the overall administrative duties within our firm. Terri Quintal – Administrative Assistant
Terri is the newest addition to our team. Terri is great addition to our team, Terri has years of experience in both the real-estate and mortgage business. Her experience and personality is a great addition to our team and firm. Terri previously worked at a Real-Estate Title Company and prior to that worked in several offices assisting with administrative duties. We are very happy to have Terri on our team and in our firm. We feel that her experience is a welcomed addition to our growing team and firm.
